Hailey R. Evans
Computer science and history teacher, Macon
- 🇺🇸 Macon, Georgia, United States
- Macon Public School
- 2007 to 2023
- English
Macon Public School was my second home. I taught computer science there from 2007 to 2023, mostly Year 9.
I coached the school's athletics team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Hailey
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Hailey: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
