I taught music at Pioneer Girls' School in San Jose from 1986 to 1994. Most days I taught Grade 4, and I played music while people worked.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
More about Hailey
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Hailey: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
