For 14 years I've mentored people in design and teaching. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
What gifts mean to Hailey: Any gift helps me keep running a free monthly workshop.
