Hailey G. Yang

Youth cross country coach and mentor

  • 🇺🇸 Syracuse, New York, United States
  • Syracuse Sports Club
  • Since 2000
  • English
I've coached cross country at Syracuse Sports Club since 2000. Most of my players were between 10 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

More about Hailey

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
