Helping people break into leadership
- 🇰🇷 Seoul, Seoul, South Korea
- Harbor Youth Network
- Since 1986
- Korean
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,720 people through Harbor Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Hae-won
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
