Hadley K. Byrd
13 years teaching music in San Jose
- 🇺🇸 San Jose, California, United States
- San Jose Middle School
- Since 1998
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a clerk, and 28 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window. Inside it, I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
More about Hadley
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the coast, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Hadley: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me music in 2006 at San Jose Middle School. I still remember the time the class pet escaped.

A small gift is a big thank-you.
