Helping people break into farming
- 🇬🇧 Manchester, England, United Kingdom
- Oakwood Mentoring Circle
- 2006 to 2024
- English
For 18 years I've mentored people in farming and finance. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
