For 15 years I ran the cycling program at Nottingham Boxing Gym in Nottingham. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I played music while people worked.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
