Hadley D. Li
Volunteer mentor with St. Anne's Association
- 🇨🇦 Toronto, Ontario, Canada
- St. Anne's Association
- 2013 to 2025
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 530 people through St. Anne's Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Hadley
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
