Gustavo Valdez
Leadership mentor, Fresno
- 🇺🇸 Fresno, California, United States
- Ashford Youth Network
- Since 2018
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 370 people through Ashford Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Gustavo
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
