Gustavo H. Álvarez
Coached boxing for 46 years in Bucaramanga
- 🇨🇴 Bucaramanga, Santander, Colombia
- Harmony Swimming Club
- Since 1980
- Spanish
For 46 years I've run the boxing program at Harmony Swimming Club in Bucaramanga. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Gustavo
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Gustavo: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.

I still think about the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard. Best summer of my life. Greetings from Dwarka.
