Local baking and carpentry
- 🇪🇸 Bilbao, Basque Country, Spain
- Old Elmwood Shop
- 1986 to 1994
- English, Spanish
I've worked in baking from 1986 to 1994. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 140 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I'm learning the guitar.
More about Gustavo
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Gustavo: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
