Baking for 39 years in Mississauga
- 🇨🇦 Mississauga, Ontario, Canada
- Old Mississauga Trades Guild
- Since 1987
- English, Spanish
I've worked in baking since 1987. I learned from my uncle and passed what I could on to 1,680 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I never rush a conversation.
More about Guo
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
