Baking, done properly
- 🇩🇪 Freiburg, Baden-Württemberg, Germany
- Orchid Workshop
- 1995 to 2017
- German
My trade is baking. I opened my own shop in 1995 in Freiburg and I'm still there most mornings.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I sing in a choir.
More about Günter
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
