Gunawan Teguh Budiman
Mentor in software and small business
- 🇮🇩 Surakarta, Central Java, Indonesia
- Surakarta Youth Network
- Since 1994
- English, Indonesian
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 830 people through Surakarta Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.

What gifts mean to Gunawan: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
