Gunawan Dedi Sitompul
Writing mentor, Surabaya
- 🇮🇩 Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia
- Sunrise Community Trust
- Since 1978
- English, Indonesian
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,450 people through Sunrise Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
