Gül Dilara Şimşek
Retired economics lecturer
- 🇹🇷 İzmir, İzmir, Türkiye
- İzmir College
- 2001 to 2017
- English, Turkish
My subject is economics, and for 16 years I got to share it with undergraduates at İzmir College.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I garden badly but happily.
More about Gül
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
