Gül Burcu Altun
Teacher at Istanbul Academy, loves accounting
- 🇹🇷 Istanbul, Istanbul, Türkiye

- Since 2014
- English, Turkish
I teach accounting at Istanbul Academy in Istanbul since 2014. Most days I teach mixed-ability classes, and my door is open at lunch.
I've run the reading group after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Gül
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
