Guilherme Soares
Master of thatching, now teaching apprentices
- 🇧🇷 Santos, São Paulo, Brazil
- Since 1984
- Portuguese
I'm a thatching specialist. If you live around Santos, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 21 years later for another job.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Guilherme
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Guilherme: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
