My subject is sociology, and for 22 years I got to share it with undergraduates at Soweto University.
I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term. It sounds small, but students remember small things.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Gugu
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
What gifts mean to Gugu: Any gift helps me keep buying books for students who can't afford them.
