For 35 years I've run the chess program at Ekurhuleni Bayview Football Club in Ekurhuleni. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Gugu
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Gugu: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
