Gugu D. Ngcobo

Jazz player and teacher in Johannesburg

  • 🇿🇦 Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa
  • Johannesburg Quartet
  • Since 1981
  • English
I play jazz and flute. I started in 1981 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness. I teach about 10 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I'm always reading two books at once.

More about Gugu

If you ever danced at one of my shows, I hope it was a good night.
