Guadalupe F. Álvarez
Mentor in teaching and leadership
- 🇲🇽 Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico
- Northside Youth Network
- Since 2013
- Spanish, English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 660 people through Northside Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Guadalupe
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
