I spent 18 years as a lecturer in sociology at Munich Institute of Technology in Munich. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more. I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it. It sounds small, but students remember small things. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
