Helping people break into farming
- 🇨🇦 Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada
- Rosewood Association
- Since 1995
- English
For 31 years I've mentored people in farming and first-generation students. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.

If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.

What gifts mean to Grayson: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
