Grayson Delgado
Leadership mentor, Surrey
- 🇨🇦 Surrey, British Columbia, Canada
- Sunrise Foundation
- 2016 to 2025
- English
For nine years I've mentored people in leadership and engineering. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Grayson
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
