I coached cricket at Los Angeles Community Club from 2002 to 2020. Most of my players were between 9 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Grayson: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
