Grayson A. Thomas
First-generation students mentor, Derry
- 🇬🇧 Derry, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom
- Oakwood Youth Network
- Since 1979
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,350 people through Oakwood Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Grayson
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
