I taught Spanish at Lincoln Technical College in Barcelona from 1997 to 2012. Most days I taught Grade 6, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Over the years I had 770 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

What gifts mean to Graciela: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
