Graciela N. Carrillo

Social studies teacher at Maple Ridge Public School, Since 1980

I teach social studies and chemistry at Maple Ridge Public School, Colorado Springs. I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it. Over the years I've had 1,330 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

More about Graciela

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
