Graciela M. Ríos
Leadership mentor, San Diego
- 🇺🇸 San Diego, California, United States
- Since 1988
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,060 people through Lincoln Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Graciela
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
