Graciela K. Rojas
Mentor in farming and teaching
- 🇲🇽 Ciudad de México, Ciudad de México, Mexico
- Fairview Association
- 2009 to 2018
- English, Spanish
For nine years I've mentored people in farming and teaching. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
More about Graciela
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

I'm a police officer now. It started with one call with you. Greetings from Aurangabad.

You helped me get my first farming job in 2012. I still have your notes. Truly.
