Grace Zawadi Kato
Choir director and singer
- 🇰🇪 Kasarani, Nairobi, Kenya
- Kasarani Music School
- Since 1979
- English, Swahili
I play singing and tabla. I started in 1979 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 12 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
