Grace Yewande Aliyu
Retired geography teacher from Lagos Middle School
- 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
- Lagos Middle School
- 2015 to 2025
- English, Hausa, French
For ten years I was the geography teacher at Lagos Middle School. I taught Year 9 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I ran the chess club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I walk the dog by the river.
More about Grace
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Grace: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
