For ten years I ran the badminton program at Willow Creek Boxing Gym in Kano. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Grace
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
