Grace D. Stevens
Mentor in careers and software
- 🇦🇺 Ballarat, Victoria, Australia
- Ballarat Mentoring Circle
- 1990 to 2004
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 280 people through Ballarat Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
