Grace D. Hughes
Retired social studies teacher from Melbourne Primary School
- 🇦🇺 Melbourne, Victoria, Australia
- Melbourne Primary School
- 2011 to 2020
- English
For nine years I was the social studies teacher at Melbourne Primary School. I taught mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I coached the school's athletics team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Grace
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

You taught me social studies in 2014 at Melbourne Primary School. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on Truly.

You taught me social studies in 2022 at Melbourne Primary School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.
