Grace Aisha Ekwueme
Oil painting artist in Zaria
- 🇳🇬 Zaria, Kaduna, Nigeria
- Old Zaria Pottery
- 2009 to 2025
- English, Igbo
I got into oil painting as a hobby and somewhere along the way it became the thing I do every day.
I also teach a weekly class at Old Zaria Pottery, which keeps me honest.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Grace: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
