Goro Yuma Fujimoto

19 years teaching special education in Kyoto

🇯🇵 Kyoto, Kyoto, Japan
Holy Cross Public School
Since 1995
English, Japanese

For 31 years I have been the special education teacher at Holy Cross Public School. I teach primary school children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. I've coached the school's netball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.

More about Goro

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

Subjects taught

Special education Art Accounting

What gifts mean to Goro: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
