Goro Shinji Hara
Engineering mentor, Tokyo
- 🇯🇵 Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan
- 1988 to 1997
- English, Japanese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 320 people through Tokyo Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
