Goro Hara
Taught statistics at Sakai Academy
- 🇯🇵 Sakai, Osaka, Japan
- 1985 to 2006
- English, Japanese
For 21 years I was the statistics teacher at Sakai Academy. I taught the youngest children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I coached the school's athletics team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Goro
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Goro: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
