Gopal Ram Singh
25 years teaching home economics in Kathmandu
- 🇳🇵 Kathmandu, Bagmati, Nepal
- Kathmandu Public School
- 1992 to 2005
- English, Nepali
I came to teaching late, after working as an accountant, and 13 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I ran the choir after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I watch every football match going.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Gopal
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the national park, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Gopal: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me home economics in 1994 at Kathmandu Public School. I still remember the day we all got the giggles in assembly!

You taught me home economics in 2015 at Kathmandu Public School. I still remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand. Truly.
