Gopal B. Varadarajan
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇮🇳 Pune, Maharashtra, India
- 2014 to 2022
- English, Telugu
I've worked in baking from 2014 to 2022. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 450 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 17 years later for another job.
