Baking, done properly

My trade is baking. I opened my own shop in 2008 in Xalapa and I'm still there most mornings.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 24 years later for another job.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Gonzalo: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
