Gonzalo B. Arias

Youth tennis coach and mentor

  • 🇲🇽 Iztapalapa, Ciudad de México, Mexico
  • Iztapalapa Community Club
  • Since 1985
  • English
I've coached tennis at Iztapalapa Community Club since 1985. Most of my players were between 11 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.

More about Gonzalo

If you played for me, you probably remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
