Gökhan Tarık Demir
13 years teaching art in Üsküdar
- 🇹🇷 Üsküdar, Istanbul, Türkiye
- Üsküdar Girls' School
- Since 1996
- English, Turkish
I came to teaching late, after working as a nurse, and 30 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 1,800 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Gökhan
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
