Gökhan Başaran
Youth hockey coach and mentor
- 🇹🇷 Istanbul, Istanbul, Türkiye
- Brookfield Youth Club
- 2003 to 2024

I coached hockey at Brookfield Youth Club from 2003 to 2024. Most of my players were between 10 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I walk the dog by the river.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Gökhan
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Gökhan: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
