Godwin Lanre Odukoya
Leadership mentor, Bonny
- 🇳🇬 Bonny, Rivers, Nigeria
- Baobab Association
- Since 2011
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 890 people through Baobab Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Godwin
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
