Godwin Ifeanyi Raji
Volunteer mentor with Highland Association
- 🇳🇬 Nsukka, Enugu, Nigeria
- Highland Association
- Since 2011
- English, Hausa
For 15 years I've mentored people in farming and teaching. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Godwin
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Godwin: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
