I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 700 people through Nsukka Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Godwin
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Godwin: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
